Great Lakes Adventist Academy Department of Music

“I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart.” —Psalm 9:1

Great Lakes Adventist Academy seeks to bring its students a broad education that will prepare them for a life of Christian service. As part of this education, we offer the opportunity to participate in a variety of choral and instrumental music experiences, including our Advent Herald Singers, Advent Herald Symphony, Wind Symphony, and our Handbell Choir. Each group is dedicated to personal musical improvement, performing quality music, and most importantly, sharing the gospel through their music. Each year GLAA music ensembles perform around Michigan. Our touring schedule includes a yearly week-long tour out of state. Previous tour destinations include Chicago, Indianapolis, New York City, Alabama, Atlanta, Tennessee, Philadelphia, Louisville, Dallas, St. Louis, and Washington, DC.
